Notes

As HESC is a conservation and animal care centre, and not a natural reserve, animals are housed within enclosures separated by fences.
As part of HESC’s policy, there is no direct interaction between man and animal, as their core focus is on giving these animals an environment as close to their natural one as possible.

Customer Reviews

Very nice tour with lots of interesting facts ! This is a must do, the ticket price is really low for what you can discover there. - Thibaut Vacca

This tour is amazing and the guide we had was very kind. What they do in this Centre is awesome. We discovered they have a Volunteer program to help them out with all the hard work this place require, we're really thinking about it. Hope to go there again, but for an in depth experience now. - Matteo Veneri

A wonderfully experiance - Albert Render

Very infromatory and deversified tour which I can recommend to everybody. You see various rare and threatened animals and learn much about these animals, their threat and the work of HESC - Thomas Seibert

Excellent experience, the children ejoyed every moment and have conducted well prepared speaches that received great reviews from the teachers class. They could speak with confidence based on their personal experience and armed with the first hand knowledge that was shared in a professional yet informative manner. The experience was one that will never be forgotten. Thank you Malcolm - Malcolm Fisher
